Tommy Minkler

Psychotherapist Intern

Humans have an incredible capacity to grow, change, and heal – given the right environment and conditions. My primary goal is to create a therapeutic environment characterized by warmth, openness, and acceptance in which clients are empowered to turn toward, process, and relate differently to their difficult experiences. I am passionate about partnering with clients who are motivated to change and ready to live more fulfilling and personally meaningful lives.

I take a humanistic and person-centered approach, while also integrating parts work, existentialism, and mindfulness-based interventions. Though I specialize in working with young adults and adolescents, I am open to seeing clients of any age and background. My education also includes training in sport, exercise, and performance psychology.
