Ryan Henson

I create a supportive, collaborative space where clients can explore healing through a whole-brain, whole-body approach. Using EMDR therapy and the AIP model, I help individuals understand how past experiences can influence their current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we will move at a pace that feels safe and intentional, helping you find balance and empowerment in your emotional and mental well-being.

I work to integrate EMDR therapy with complementary cognitive-behavioral and person-centered techniques to support greater self-awareness, effective coping strategies, and aid resilience. I have experience working with college students, adults, and athletes navigating stress, performance pressure, life transitions, and navigating traumatic experiences. My goal is to provide a secure, encouraging environment where clients can heal, build self-compassion, and reconnect with their most authentic selves.
