(she/her)
I am passionate about creating space with my clients that allows them to feel safe and empowered to show up as they are. I take an integrative and nonjudgmental approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices, an appreciation that life is complicated, and trust in the mind-body connection.
I believe that physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health are interconnected. I work with my clients to honor and explore all aspects of the self with kindness, compassion, and curiosity. We all know instinctually how to live our best life, but often the world and the pressures of life get in the way. I enjoy helping others tap into their innate wisdom and strengthen their ability to work within all aspects of their lives to find deeper fulfillment.
My work is informed by holistic health principles. It is a nervous system-centered centered, and focuses on helping clients learn the skills to create a sustainable framework to navigate past, present, and future challenges. This journey is collaborative, and I welcome your strengths, insights, resilience, and imperfections. Together, we’ll explore not just symptoms but root causes, working toward lasting change and authentic self-connection.
