Psychotherapist, Telehealth and In-person in Raleigh Office

(he/him)

I believe therapy should be something you actually look forward to. Growth is important, but so are smiles, laughter, tears, honesty, and everything in between. Show up exactly as you are. This is a space where you can be your authentic self.

You don't have to have everything figured out before we begin. My job is to meet you where you are. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy should feel worthwhile, not just productive.

I work with young adults, adults, and older adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and other emotional or relational challenges. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel safe being themselves regardless of their background, experiences, or identity. LGBTQ+ clients can expect care that is affirming, respectful, and centered on who they are.

My approach is flexible because no two people are the same. I draw from eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), person-centered therapy (PCT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based approaches, and mindfulness techniques. Together, we will find the tools and strategies that fit your needs and your goals.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you are returning after some time away, I am glad you are here. We will work together to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change that lasts.
